Trafora Training LLC ("Trafora," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Trafora mobile application and related services.
By using Trafora, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our services.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
When you create an account and use the platform, we collect:
- Full name and email address
- Password (stored in encrypted form; Trafora never stores plaintext passwords)
- Job title and organization name
- Profile photo (optional)
- About me information (optional)
- Session-related information you share with your coach during coaching engagements
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device type and operating system
- App usage data and session timestamps
- Timezone information (used for accurate session scheduling)
2.3 Payment Information
Payment card information is collected and processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. Trafora never receives, stores, or has access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. We receive only a payment confirmation token and limited metadata (last four digits, card type, expiry) for display purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Create and manage your account
- Schedule, confirm, and manage coaching sessions
- Process payments and issue refunds
- Send transactional emails (booking confirmations, session summaries, reminders)
- Generate and store session notes and summaries
- Improve the platform and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, Inc., which operates on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
Access to your data is restricted to you and, for session-related information, to the coach with whom you are engaged. Trafora administrative access is limited to authorized personnel and is protected by multi-factor authentication.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
Purpose: Payment processing. Data shared: name, email, payment authorization details. stripe.com/privacy
Purpose: Video coaching sessions. Data shared: session join links generated via Zoom’s API. zoom.us/privacy
Purpose: Database, authentication, and file storage. supabase.com/privacy
Purpose: Transactional email delivery. Data shared: your name and email address. resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
6. Session Notes and Coaching Communications
Session notes, summaries, and client commitments recorded by the coach are stored securely and accessible only to you and your coach. Private coach notes are never shared with clients and are visible only to the coach.
Messages exchanged between coach and client through the platform are stored in our database and retained for the duration of your coaching relationship plus 12 months.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as records of financial transactions, which are retained for 7 years in accordance with applicable law).
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@trafora.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Children’s Privacy
Trafora is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notification.
