Cancellation Policy

Individual Sessions
Cancel more than 72 hours before your sessionFull refund to your original payment method.
Cancel within 72 hours of your sessionNo refund. The session fee is forfeited.
Pending (unconfirmed) bookingsCancel anytime at no charge — no payment has been captured.
Coaching Packages
Cancel more than 72 hours before the first sessionFull refund of the package price.
Cancel within 72 hours of the first sessionThe first session fee is forfeited; remaining credits are refunded at the per-session rate.
Completed sessionsOnce a session has been completed, that session is non-refundable.
Package credit expiryCredits expire 12 months from purchase and are non-transferable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days; timing depends on your card issuer.
Coach-Initiated Cancellation
If your coach cancels a confirmed session, you will receive a full refund with no action required on your part.
